Transportation by bus from New York or New Jersey

The cost for a bus ticket is $70 round trip. The price is the same for adults and children.

The bus will leave from parishes at 11:00 AM Friday, June 1st. It will leave you at your hotel for check-in (either Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden, Holiday Inn Express or Loew's if you reserved a hotel room). Sunday afternoon, after the close of the Conference and Lunch the bus will leave from the Convention Center and return to the parishes. Information on the parishes will follow.

Transportation from the Philadelphia Airport

Please take the SEPTA Regional Rail (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) to Center City (Market East Station) where the hotels and Convention Center will be located. The High Speed Rail leaves every 30 minutes beginning at 5:09 AM from the airport. The last train leaves the airport at 12:09 AM. Trains leave the Market East Station on Sunday to the airport every 30 minutes beginning at 4:25 AM through 11:25 PM.  The cost one way is $7. If you purchase a round trip ticket in advance the cost is $12. You can purchase your ticket in advance online at www.shop.septa.org, purchase at a ticket office or from the train conductor. Senior Citizens (over age 65) are free with proper ID, a Medicare Card (not a drivers’ license). For more information on SEPTA go to www.septa.org.

There are several parking garages in the area and at each of the hotels. Rates vary. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
