Hotels

There are rooms available at the Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden and Loew's. Cost for the hotel room for the weekend (Friday and Saturday night) is $360. Each room can hold up to 4 people. To reserve a room you need to make this request with your registraion. Hotel reservation requests need to be in by April 30th. This date has been extended. We will continue to make reservations based on availability.We will assign hotels on a first come first served basis.

All these hotels are in a short walking distance to the Convention Center.

You can also go to hotels.com and other websites to search for other hotels in the area. There are many close to the Pennsylvania Convention Center or at the airport where an inexpensive ride on the SEPTA (see Transportation) takes one within an easy walk to the Covention Center.

Meals

5 weekend meals are being provided. They are Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast and lunch. The cost is $180 per peson. You cannot order individual meals this is an all-inclusive package.

Also there are many small restaurants in Philadelphia near the Convention Center
