Q: How can I pay for my conference registration fees?
The conference accepts VISA and MasterCard, Checks, and Money Orders. Please do not send cash to us in the mail. If you register online, you can use your credit card. To pay by check or money order you must print out the registration form and mail it to us.
IMPORTANT! Your credit card will be billed from the "National Service Comm." This will appear on your credit card statement.
Q: Where can I find a conference schedule?
The conference schedule is subject to many changes and is not presently complete. Once it is ready, we will post it online.
Q: What if I have registered and now cannot come?
We have specific registration guidelines and policies that explain how to proceed. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
Q: Do I need to take advantage of the Hotels and housing options used by the National Conference?
Housing is completely optional for every participant. However, the Conference has procured housing arrangements both to help you control costs.
Q: How far are the hotels from the Tsongas Arena?
All the hotels are within 5-6 miles from the Arena. For exact details, please review the list of hotels and then contact them for more specific distances. Its most likely that you will need to drive from your hotel to the Arena.
Q: I have never been to New England or Massachusetts before. Where can I find more information about the area?
The entire New England area is full of history, culture, and surprises. Its a tremendous area for families and vacations. You will find more information about the sites, events, cultural centers, and more by clicking here!
Q: I want to register online, but I am unsure about using my credit card. Is there any security risk?
The National Conference has established this site and the online registration system using Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This is an internet standard for encryption of information traveling over the internet from your computer to our servers. All your personal, identifiable information (including your credit card information) is encrypted before it is sent over the internet so that it remains secure.
When going through the registration process, you will see a small lock (like this one ) in the bottom of your browser window. You will also notice that the web address of the page begins with "https://" rather than "http://" to designate that you are in a secure area.
