HOUSING INFORMATION

Reservations can be made at the special Conference rates by calling the hotel directly or by completing the Housing Form and mailing or faxing it (with deposit) directly to the hotel. You must identify yourself as an attendee of the “National Charismatic Conference.”

Make your reservations by May 25, 2004. After that date the room blocks will be released. A deposit of one night’s room rate (+ tax) is required with each reservation. Hotels reserve the right to charge your credit card at the time the reservation is made. You will receive a room confirmation with 14 days. Prepaid reservations that are cancelled will be due a full refund if they are cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date.

Please send your Housing Form to the hotel, not the 2004 Conference Office.
