Registration Methods

NOTE - Regardless of your registration method, PLEASE be prepared to give us an email address that we can use to both confirm your registration and continue to communicate with you prior to the conference weekend!

Online Registrations

In order to make the registration process both convenient and less costly, we are encouraging your use of our web site and your credit card for payments. You will receive an immediate confirmation and the site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Click here to go to the Online Registration System. IMPORTANT! Your credit card will be billed from the "National Service Comm" This will appear on your credit card statement.

Facsimile

If you are using your credit card, but do not choose the Internet, you may fax the completed registration form to 1-540-972-0627. Our fax is available around the clock for your use.

Mail

If you choose to pay by check or money order, please mail to: 2003 Leaders' Conference Chariscenter USA P.O. Box 628 Locust Grove, VA 22508 All registrations will receive confirmation within two weeks.

Cancellation Policies

If you are unable to find someone to take your place, you may write a letter, postmarked by October 20, 2003 to: Leader's Conference Cancellation Request PO Box 628 Locust Grove, VA 22508 . A $10.00 (US) processing fee will be charged for each cancellation and will be deducted from your refund amount. All refund requests must be in writing. A transfer of registration requires that the original registered participant and the NEW registrant be IDENTICAL registration types. (For example, a person who registers for the conference as a Adult Registration cannot transfer their registration to someone who wishes to attend as an Married Registration). If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our Conference Service center for assistance. All registration transfer requests must be received in writing and must contain the approval of the local Liaison, Renewal Center Director, Community Leader or other Key Leader. Transfer requests must be postmarked by October 20.
