The International Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services (ICCRS) Office based in Vatican City seeks two volunteers to serve in Rome, for a minimum period of two (2) years. They need one person to serve as ICCRS Webmaster and another person to be part of a team with duties related to ICCRS Secretariat and Event Organization.  See below for details.


Details for the Webmaster’s role

The person must understand that ICCRS seeks the help of those who are willing to serve at its office with their God-given talents and time, furthering their mission in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal within Vatican City, at the very heart of the Church.

ICCRS needs a volunteer who is well-organised and responsible; is familiar with graphic design and web mastering, to fulfill the following tasks: designing and maintaining the website; designing and printing publications; producing publishing material; using multimedia resources; coordinating translators and proofreaders, among others.

It is necessary that the volunteer speak/write in English in addition to being fluent in one other language, preferably Italian or Spanish or French or Portuguese.

Details for Secretariat and Event Organization
The person must understand that ICCRS seeks the help of those who are willing to serve at its office with their God-given talents and time, furthering their mission in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal within Vatican City, at the very heart of the Church.

ICCRS needs a volunteer who is well-organized and responsible; is familiar with the use of computers and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). The volunteer will serve as part of a team handling international communication worldwide, by phone, fax, mail and e-mail, and at local level; multilingual correspondence; filing information and materials; making bookings; events organization; use of database; greeting and welcoming visitors to the office. Must have French mother-tongue i.e excellent command and proficiency in spoken and written French language and must have ability to speak and write in English.
